Terms of Sale

Every product we sell is supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. Products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Products are not for human or veterinary use of any kind, including injection, ingestion, inhalation or topical application. We do not provide dosing, administration or usage guidance, and nothing on our website or in our communications is medical advice.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, that you are purchasing for legitimate laboratory research purposes, that you have the training to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will not use, sell or supply any product for human or veterinary use.

You are responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, storage, use and disposal of the products. We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund any payment received, if we believe these terms are not being met.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price shown when your order is confirmed applies. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. Until online checkout opens, orders are placed by email or through our contact form and confirmed by email with payment instructions.

We may limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and cancel orders affected by an error, in which case any payment received is refunded in full.

Shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the shipping address you provide.

Returns, damaged or incorrect items and cancellations are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.

Where we publish a third-party Certificate of Analysis, it reports the results for the specific lot tested. Chemistry data on product pages is reference information from public databases. Except as stated in these terms, products are sold as is, and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Products must be stored as stated on the product page, handled by trained personnel using appropriate laboratory safety practices, and disposed of in line with applicable regulations.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising from your misuse of any product or your breach of these terms, including any use outside laboratory research.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. We may update these terms; the version accepted with your order is the one that applies to it.
